Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb.

Alhamdulillahirobbil Alamin Assalatuswassala mu’ala asratil ambiya’wal mursalin, wa’ala alihi wasabbihi ajmain.

Pertama-tama marilah kita sampaikan rasa puji dan syukur kita kehadirat Allah SWT, yang telah melimpahkan rahmadnya sehingga kita dapat berkumpul di acara yudisium Fakultas Ekonomi dalam keadaan sehat wal afiat.

Yang terhormat:

  2. Bapak Ketua BNSP RI, Ir. Sumarna F. Abdurahman, M.Sc.

  5. Bapak/Ibu Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan karyawan Universitas Islam Lamongan.
  6. Mahasiswa peserta yudisium.

Pada hari ini, Sabtu 28 Juli 2018, Kita ucapkan syukur pada Allah SWT, Tuhan Pengasih dan Penyayang, karena acara ini berjalan dengan baik atas Kehendak-Nya.

Yudisium yang bermakna pengukuran kelulusan seorang mahasiswa dan dianggap telah memenuhi persyaratan menyandang gelas Srajana MAnajemen dan Sarjana Akuntansi sebagaimana aturan dalam pedoman akademik. Secara keseluruhan, Mahasiswa yang dinyatakan lulus telah mencapai indicator rata-rata adalah 387 Sarjana Manajemen dan 171 Sarjana Akuntansi. Oleh karena itu, kami ucapkan selamat kepada peserta yudisium agar senantiasa memiliki integritas mulia di tengah pergolakan yang semakin ketat ini dan saudara tetap istiqomah menegakkan kebenaran dan kejujuran.

Pada kesempatan ini, ijinkan saya memberikan sedikit informasi tentang kualitas sumberdaya manusia. Berdasarkan Ranking Global Talent, Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-77 dari 199 negara. Yang mengakibatkan kerugian 200-300 Triliun pada tahun 2017.

Kesadaran akan munculnya Digital Effect ke Indonesia yang baru 5 tahun belakangan ini membutuhkan tenaga ahli IT di bidangnya. Munculnya migran dari luar seharusnya bukan menjadi ancaman bagi kita tapi sebaliknnya kita bisa transfer knowledge dari mereka terhadap apa yang kita inginkan.

Tingkat pengangguran terbuka Indonesia Tahun 2017 cukup tinggi. Pengangguran lulusan S1 sebesar 5,18% dan lulusan Diploma sebesar 6,88%, data ini bukan untuk menakutnakuti peserta yudidium, tapi sebagai motivasi kami selaku pengelola pendidikan tinggi khususnya Fakultas Ekonomi, bagaimana memberikan efek knowledge terhadap perubahan sistem pembelajaran di Fakultas Ekonomi. Bagaimana improvisasi pembelajaran menembus dimensi tantangan global, sehingga Fakultas Ekonomi mampu mengintegrasikan antara hardskill dan softskill (knowledge, skill, Personal Quality: Motivation, Attitude, Behavior, Traits, Value) sehingga mahasiswa memiliki ketercukupan bekal keterampilan, keilmuan dalam menghadapi daya saing ini. Selanjutnya Fakultas Ekonomi berusaha memberikan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa secara berkesinambungandengan sistem penglolaan yang terencana, sistematis dan progresif serta harapannya sinergis dengan kaum milenial dan generasi z

Upaya menghadapi era globalisasi, MEA dan persaingan  internasional di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, Fakultas Ekonomi mengikuti perkembangan Digital, Teknologi informasi, penggunaan bahasa internasional di era tertentu pengiriman dosen, studi lanjut berdasarkan kebutuhan konsentrasi bidang studi, peninjauan kurikulum berdasarkan kebutuhan stakeholder  yang semuanya terangkum dalam admosfer akademik Tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu pada kesempatan kali ini kami memberikan penghargaan kepada dosen dan mahasiswa yang mendapatkan hibah dan kompetisi yaitu:
